I was feeling very comfortable throughout the flight. I got more leg room than I expected from a Y class seat. But the food was a little disappointing.
The food was not that good. I liked the miso, green tea, and ice cream. I wasn’t able to put my carry on bag under the seat in front of me. The flight was smooth. Please expand your choices of movies especially the new ones. I can’t choose any of those films. They’re old.
I like the braised beef., miso soup,, and green tea. Very little choices of hollywood movies. The PA announcement in English was not very clear and very soft. I could hardly hear.
More updated movies & Chinese movies. The food sometimes overcooked. Prefer to have more neat snacks in between than just choose from the menu. Please change the menu every now and then. This is my second time flying within one year and the menu didn’t change at all!
Food is lagging. Very poor choice. Like vending machine fast food.
Please change the menu more often. The beef is not tender, more choice in ice cream flavor. Dessert is not good too.
The Experience was fantastic, it's a quick flight so no entertainment or food. Just a refreshment

Well organized staff friendly and great attitude. Little awkward and slow to check a bag in Lihue but otherwise a pleasant experience
Extra leg room was nice. The wheelchair situation getting off the plane was a disaster. No wheelchairs or porters were waiting for customers to be picked up when the plane arrive pretty much on time. After about 45 minutes of waiting on the chair service I just walked myself to the luggage claim. Aren't they supposed to know when the planes are going to arrive and land? It was messed up from thr time we landed. No wheelchairs and no porters. Finally After an hour of waiting for them to arrive I walked to the Baggage claim myself. Not a good way to return home from a great Hawaiian vacation.
The in flight speakers little touches of humor were entertaining.
The crew was quick and efficient. The flight was uneventful and arrived slightly early.
No food or entertainment because it was a short flight. Unfortunately the takeoff was delayed more than an hour
The flight left and arrived on time. the only food offered on the 5+ hour flight was a cheese sandwich. Unlike Alaska Airlines there was no information on the website regarding food at all or any option to purchasse in advance. Otherwise, it was an excellent flight.

We were not given the seats we reserved. But helpful attendant at gate gave us very nice seats.

First flight got cancelled. Got booked for another flight departing 3.5 hours later which ended up being 1hr delayed... The flight was good when we finally ended up flying.
