LOCKED MY BAG WITHOUT CONSENT. Had to have my zippers cut upon arrival in Costa Rica.

Pros: "The seats in economy were confortable. The best thing was Copa gave us seats in the second line and my family traveled together."
Cons: "Coffe service could better the experience"

Cons: "The management of preparing the flight and plane so that it was ready for the trip!!"
Cons: "The amount of turbulence experienced was ridiculous. The landing was rough. This was the same for every flight with Copa on my round trip from SJO to MDE. This was extremely concerning."

For it to have left on time! Instead of two hours early with zero notice

Flight attendants heavily pushed their affinity credit card. Very annoying

They seemingly have no respect for their customers, on any level. Avoid flying spirit, they will bump you to another flight without thinking twice so they can sell your seat, no joke.

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They upcharge you for bags and the gate agent shoved my phone in my face. We contacted Spirit customer service and they did not help us. I will never fly spirit again

The flight was over two hours delayed from Honduras and over 3 hours delayed from the connecting flight. Ridiculous!!!

Delayed as always, which I guess is better than cancelled. You get what you pay for.

Arrived Ft Lauderdale waited 90 minutes for plane to park so nearly missed my connection and no luggage as it was lost. My worst flight experience in 50 years of flying.

No water for handwashing and they charged $5 for water. Spirit up-charges for every little thing and the planes themselves are old and nauseating.

It was fine. Boarding was a little rude. On flight staff was great. The cost to purchase everything was a bit annoying but I get that's the business model.

Flight attendants were sassy. We don’t need that. Bye Felicia
