we were late to get to this connecting flight and SWISS decided to wait for us . Very nice of them

SO disappointing. I spent so much money on this ticket, for them to cancel and not be able to rebook me in time. They were very unhelpful, and condescending throughout the whole Swiss airport. Will not be flying again.

The plane was so hot upon boarding. Their boarding process was so unnecessarily long. Service was subpar.

Everything from the price to online checkin and the flight being on time to the crew and food was very good. The comfort level is fine--the seats are very close to each other in Economy. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Swiss ground crew was again at its prime and although I’m United 1K (Star Alliance Gold) they created problems with my hand luggage - while other passengers were boarding with more handbags and larger hand luggages, were critical on my 2 young kids attending the lounge with me and boarding the plane with me on the priority lane.

Horrible experience. I was apparently picked at random for a security screening - that was the most demeaning experience I have had in my life with a guy poking and prodding and having me take off my shoes, move up my pants so he could swab my legs - telling me I couldn't bring more than some quantity of cookies - I had 3 boxes of cookies in my luggage. In the end he did let me keep them but that was really uncalled for. Harrassment in the name of security.

They went out of their way. It was very clean and friendly.

There were multiple delays and the food was poor. Better food.

Wheelchair was the excellent service. I didn’t have any food or used entertainment. Overall for my trip experience was excellent. Thank you very much and keep up good work. Best regards

This time my experience was superior! Much better and improved from after the COVID-19. I hope they maintain the same. Earlier, service (specially crew attitude) was awful and sometime rude, but this time, crew was very welcoming, respectful and ready to serve. I will definitely repeat :-)

Every flight always delays either by mechanical problems or need maintenance checks. It makes a person uneasy when one gets into one of those flights!

This is not a Business Class equipped airplane and even the crew apologize before take over BUT BUT Air Canada charged full business class fare

All was good, except our baggage was lost for most of a day. We are thankful that it was found quickly and delivered to our hotel. Rouge was fine outside of that problem.

Easy boarding, roomy seats, plenty of good food, very helpful snd friendly staff. Very smooth flight! Only thing that could have been better was to have cranberry juice. Women like this as it helps avoid UTI’s and not as sweet as other juices.

I think Air Canada is the only airline I've flown where they don't give you at least a free cookie.

It was upsetting that the flights were canceled but that was due to weather. I did not receive any vouchers for food or a hotel stay when I was forced to spend the night in Montreal. I was also upset when my seat was changed many times.. The plane seemed old with a non-functioning screen and loose side pockets.. All in all in need of updating. On the positive side, the staff in areas was friendly and helpful.

The flight got canceled multiple times and we had to drive their to reach midnight for our next morning interview. Poor and unriable experience. Now have to ask for a refund since we didn't need their rescheduled flight three days later.

Air Canada domestic flight is so so and is not conformable at all. Air Cañada international flight is Ok. The crew of international flight is more experienced and the plane is a bit better.

Air hostess delayed providing food and then pulled away the tray before i finished eating

Check in was horrendous! Economy took 2 hours before seeing an agent. Business class was 0.5 - 1 hour.

Very bad plain although I paid A business class ticket I was stuck in a stiff fixed seat without any entertainment or Wi Fi for 5 hours I will never ever book a flight on British airline.

Staff were very helpful. The free WiFi for messages was also very useful to keep in touch

I've done hundreds of flights in my life, and this flight was one of the best I've ever taken, From beginning to end, everything went smoothly, professionally, and with a smile and friendly attitude from all employees I interacted with. The food was delicious (and free), as were the drinks. There was just a genial and effective way in the way that British Airways organized the flight -that reminded of days in the 70's, 80's, and 90's, when flying was a fun, and exciting adventure. I enjoyed and had confidence in the abilities of the flight crew, I'll be flying British Airways several more times this summer. Thank you so much for the great experience! Cheryl Olso

They canceled my flight , they put me on a different flight that was delayed and the connection was lost . They lost my luggage. And now I’m stuck with any of my belongings.

Not great, took my carry on case outbound as overhead was full . This cause me to miss my train connection since I had to go to baggage claim. Then on my return flight they tried to take it again and flight was delayed over an hour. I chose BA because the service is usually better that easy jet etc but these days I am not so sure.

Never got on this AA flight since British Airways delayed my original flight 29 hours

Horrible experience! We sat in the plane at the gAte and had a delay of about 4 hours! Captain said it was due to the tug not being able to disengage from the aircraft . When we finally took off it was evident that we had missed out connection and tbough BA rebooked us on a later flight it caused us to miss an orientation meeting and dinner in Geneva. Once in the second flt from gatwick to Geneva we again were delayed( again sitting in the plane )for an hour after boarding waiting for apparently an air traffic problem to resolve. Another annoyance was paying seat fees twice to upgrade our seats towards the front of the plane to ensure overhead cabin space and were told at the gate they are boarding from the rear! This should be stated when making reservations!! On the first flight from Jfk there was a sick person on board snd they asked for assistance. For the rest I of the flight a person kAyed on the glue if the planes covered in blankets . Very unsettling to say the least!I have several flights booked with BA and I’m seriously rethinking this. It was the most uncomfortable flight I have ever had , it was a nightmare ,the seats were narrow and I was very cramped, the food was awful, there was over weight person seating next to me or should I say seating on my lap.Most of her was overflowing onto my seat .For 6 hours I endured this gulag like conditions. I will never ever book any flight with British Airlines
